Chef Beth Wells
My name is Beth. I’m the Chef behind Be Well Cooking. I started this site as a way to share my recipes and cooking discoveries. After Culinary school, I spent time cooking around the US, notably in New York City and Hawaii. I was on the opening team at Bellecour in Wayzata under michelin starred Chef Gavin Kaysen. I was also on the team at Alma under michelin starred chef Alex Roberts.
