You say you want a resolution…

Well, here we are at the turn of yet another new year. 2012 has come and gone, leaving us wanting a fresh, new start. For many of us, the turn of a new year marks a starting point for some major life change. Yes, the resolution is upon us. I ran into a friend a short while back who happens to be a personal trainer. We got into quite a lengthy conversation after he finished up with one of his clients. During our discussion, he asked me what I thought were the key components necessary to create true and long-lasting change.
